Lipid Mass Spectrum Analysis Database - HOME

Welcome to our database!

This site provides you a useful tool for lipid research, especially lipidomic study. This tool is Lipid Mass Spectrum Analysis Database (LMSAD), which contains the mass spectra and annotations of about 80 different sphingolipid molecules now.

In order to search useful data from the LMSAD more effectively, we need a comprehensive classification system for lipids in our database. Therefore, the classfication system suggested by LIPID MAPS was used in our database, in which we believe will become the uniform standard for lipid calssfication in the future.

If this is your first visit, the site introduction will help you get a better understanding of the background and purpose of this database. If you want to get further help to use this database more effectively, check help.

If you want to know more news about our site, check news.

If you want to search information from our database, check search.

In order to accelerate the development of lipidomic study, we hope that all researchers can share their data, especially the information of the MS data. You can download the available MS data from this website, and if you would like to share your data, please upload here.
